Winter Gymnastics Classes
Pricing Structure
All classes are "à la carte," which means you can choose how many times you would like to be in the gym each week and receive a discount for additional classes. Your first weekly class is full price and each additional weekly class is 30% off.
This discount is per student, not per family. We also offer a $5 sibling discount.
All prices shown are the first of three separate installments. The first installment is due upon registration. The next two installments will be charged on the first of the next two months with the payment on file.
About our pre-k program
Our preschool program is designed to provide a safe and engaging environment for children to develop fundamental gymnastics skills, flexibility, and strength while fostering their overall physical, cognitive, and social growth. Through a variety of age-appropriate games, exercises, and activities, children will build confidence while enhancing their balance, coordination, and spatial awareness.
Our curriculum focuses on foundational skills such as basic warm-ups, stretches, jumps, rolls, positions, hand-eye coordination, and simple tumbling techniques. We also help children learn and practice important social skills such as listening, following directions, taking turns, and respecting their peers and instructors. Regardless of whether or not they are actively participating, parents are required to remain inside the gym building throughout the duration of their child's class to assist with any needs that may arise.
Whether your child is an aspiring gymnast or simply looking for a fun and active group activity, our pre-k program is the perfect opportunity to introduce them to the world of gymnastics!
Pre-K Classes
Parent & Me (45 min)
This class is for students 15mo - 2.5yrs old. We require a parent/guardian to be present and active during this class.
Tiny Tots (45 min)
This class is for students 2.5 - 4 yrs old. Gymnasts may still need to have a parent/guardian with them in the gym. Oftentimes the student is old enough, but not developmentally ready, to be by themselves in the gym. Once we feel that a student is ready (good listening skills, stays on task) to be independent during class, we will “wean” the parents from actively participating with them.
Preschool (45 min)
This class is for students 4-5 yrs old. It is is the first step towards full independence in our PreK program. Parents are not required to be in the gym with their child.
Tiny Tots/Preschool Combo (45 min)
This class is a combination of our Tiny Tots and Preschool classes for students 2.5-5 yrs old. If space is available, gymnasts will be split into smaller groups based on their age. The class is parent-optional (dependent on each students' needs, as described above).

About our recreational program
Our recreational classes employ a progressive card system to build foundational gymnastics skills, starting with the most basic skills at Level 1. To move up to the next level, gymnasts must demonstrate they can safely and correctly perform all of the skills listed on the card for their current level. Typically, our recreational-level classes are for gymnasts working on Levels 1-2, and our intermediate-level classes are for gymnasts working on Levels 3-4.
Once a month, our staff will input each gymnast's progress into our online system and send out evaluation emails listing new skills gained. We are committed to transparency and education, so if you have any questions about what your child is working on, what they need to improve, what skills they need to progress to the next level, or what they can work on at home, just ask!
Recreational Classes
Girls Recreational (1h 15m)
This class is for students of all ability levels, and serves as an introduction to the four women's artistic gymnastic (WAG) apparatuses- vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. Gymnasts will also be exposed to introductory trampoline, strength, and flexibility skills.
Boys Recreational (1h 15m)
This class is for students of all ability levels, and serves as an introduction to the six men's artistic gymnastics (MAG) apparatuses- floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar. Gymnasts will also be exposed to introductory trampoline, strength, and flexibility skills.
Girls Intermediate (1h 45m)
This class is invitation-only. Gymnasts must be evaluated by a coach to move up to our intermediate-level classes, which build upon the WAG, trampoline, strength, and flexibility basics to work on more challenging skills.

About our tumbling program
Our tumbling classes focus on building a strong foundation of fundamental skills before progressing to more difficult techniques. We begin with mastering basic rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. From there, we advance to round-offs, handsprings, flipping and twisting. We also incorporate trampoline training for aerial awareness and skill development. These classes differ from our recreational gymnastics classes in that they focus only on floor-based (and sometimes trampoline) skills, rather than working skills on all of the WAG or MAG events.
Our tumbling classes are co-ed and open to all genders, but participants must be at least eight years old to register. We provide personalized guidance to ensure everybody receives the support they need to achieve their individual goals. We meet you where you are, whether you're a beginner learning how to do a cartwheel, a cheerleader brushing up before the upcoming season, or a gymnast looking for some extra help with floor skills.
