Coaching and administrative roles available; we hire and train as young as 14!

Williamsburg Gymnastics is excited to announce that we are hiring fun and energetic full and part-time coaches for our recreational and competitive teams.

Located in the heart of Williamsburg, VA with easy access to major attractions and highways. Come work at our state-of-the-art facility specializing in boys and girls gymnastics! 

 

Candidates must be highly motivated, dependable, professional, and possess a love for teaching/coaching gymnastics to children of all ages. Experience is preferred, especially for team coach applicants, but training can be provided to qualified candidates. Pay varies based on experience and position.

 

We are looking to fill the following positions:

  • Recreational coaches for preschool classes, boys gymnastics, girls gymnastics, and trampoline and tumbling classes. Shifts include weekday evenings, Saturday mornings, and Saturday afternoons, with limited hours during weekdays.

  • Team coaches for our girls Junior Development and Xcel programs. Shifts weekday evenings, Saturday mornings, and Saturday afternoons, with some travel required for competitions and/or clinics.

  • Team coaches for our boys Junior Development and Club programs. Shifts weekday evenings, Saturday mornings, and Saturday afternoons, with some travel required for competitions and/or clinics.

Williamsburg Gymnastics is hiring a team of personable and dependable front desk staff!

Schedule is flexible and based on your availability.

 

Candidates must possess excellent communication, customer service, and people skills.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Following procedures to open/close gym

  • Overseeing arrival and departure of team practices and recreational classes

  • Managing office communications

  • Conducting basic functions in iClass system

  • Attending to athlete needs during class/practice

  • Performing cleaning duties according to chore chart
