Welcome to the 2022 Astronaut Dave Brown Memorial Meet. The meet this year is being held in our new state of the art facility.  We will have two separate weekends for men’s and women’s competitions.  The men will compete on December 3rd & 4th and the women will compete on December 10th & 11th.

Before tragically dying in the Columbia Shuttle disaster, Dave Brown was a gymnast at William and Mary.  This meet was created to honor the memory of Dave Brown who believed that gymnastics can provide an opportunity for true scholar-athletes to utilize the medium of gymnastics for personal growth with emphasis on excellence and learning how to be a good teammate for a lifetime.  We look forward to seeing everyone here and we want to thank-you for helping us make this dream a reality.

Competition Format: Modified Traditional (Warm-up/Compete)

 

Age Divisions: Will follow USAG standards at a minimum.

                            Boys – age as of December 31, 2023

                            Girls – age as of Virginia state meet dates (see registration page for levels and dates)  

 

Awards: Men – Will follow USAG standards at a minimum.

                Women – Will follow USAG standards at a minimum.

                Compulsory Achievement ribbons for levels 3-5 (Women)

                Team (Men) - Top 3 scores count levels 3-10 & Club
